To register and maintain an account on owl76, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
Indonesia Market Note. owl76 operates as an offshore platform licensed by Curacao eGaming. Indonesian players who choose to access the Platform do so at their own discretion and are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with applicable local laws and regulations. owl76 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.
Each Member is permitted to hold only one registered account on owl76. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and residential address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify owl76 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. owl76 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.
owl76 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wager settlements are processed in IDR unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotional terms.
owl76 is required by its licensing authority to implement a robust Know Your Customer process. All Members must complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal and may be required to complete verification at any earlier stage at owl76's discretion.
owl76 will use reasonable efforts to complete identity verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents in satisfactory condition. We may request additional documentation where submitted materials are insufficient or inconsistent.
Failure to Verify. owl76 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges and, in cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, to freeze account balances pending regulatory review, if a Member fails to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within 30 days of first deposit.
owl76 accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and major international card networks (Visa, Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. owl76 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours during operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). VIP Platinum and Diamond members benefit from priority processing with an average turnaround of 15 minutes.
In the event that a deposit is reversed, charged back, or disputed by the Member's financial institution, owl76 reserves the right to void any wagers placed with those funds, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation. Members found to have initiated fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts permanently closed and outstanding amounts pursued through available legal channels.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by owl76 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be converted to Real Funds and withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.
owl76 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets across accounts, exploiting software errors or miscalculated odds, and any other strategy intended to extract value from promotions without genuine gambling intent. Members found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have Bonus Funds and all derived winnings voided and their accounts suspended.
Seasonal Promotions. owl76 regularly offers enhanced promotions during major Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), as well as during peak sporting calendars such as BRI Liga 1 season openers, FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds, and the AFF Championship. All sports wagers, including fixed-odds bets, mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections), and in-play markets, are governed by owl76's Sports Betting Rules published on the Platform. In the event of a voided match or event, affected single bets will be refunded; accumulator legs will be settled as if the voided selection did not exist.
All casino games — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified studios — are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game interface. owl76 uses certified random-number generators for all non-live casino games, with RTP figures available upon request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on owl76 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
All content on the owl76 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of owl76 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from owl76. Unauthorised use of owl76's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
owl76 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. owl76 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard data security measures to protect all Member information.
owl76 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, our Curacao eGaming licensor, and payment processors solely to the extent necessary for compliance and operational purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, owl76, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
owl76's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. owl76 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its content.
owl76 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, bonus abuse, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. Where a suspension is imposed pending investigation, Real Funds balances will be held securely and returned to the Member if the investigation concludes in their favour.
Members may close their account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately under our Responsible Gaming policy.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, under which owl76 holds its eGaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through owl76's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, owl76 acknowledges that many of its Members are resident in Indonesia and undertakes to handle all Member communications, support interactions, and complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner consistent with reasonable consumer expectations. Members who wish to escalate unresolved disputes may contact the Curacao eGaming licensing authority directly.
owl76 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via the email address registered to their account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable regulatory obligation, in which case the changes take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 12.2.
